Not everyone has English as their first language, and that's especially true with SMO players. We have Japanese, Korean, Central American, European, Canadian and American players. There's a good portion of players from South Asia as well. It's understandable if their English isn't perfect.

I don't see a kwonga user registered. The forum and this site are two different databases. Unless you used a different username for this site I think you have yet to actually register. You can also create an account by simply attempting to connect within the game.

Check to make sure you are using the correct case-sensitive username.

Also make sure you are using the username registered for smo's main website and not the forum. These are two different usernames and databases.

I keep re-installing stepmainia cuz' of this: "The program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
It never works.

Hello, i have 2 problems with connecting. (They may be dumb so sorry lol)
1. When i make an account on stepmaniaonline.net, it redirects me to a blank page of the site with no text at all besides the side lists. When I try to log in, it says my pass or username are incorrect (they are not)
2.After i type the address on sm5, what do i do? Enter or Select dont seem to do anything...
