Just make sure you put a space between the " and the -. I tried to enter it with no space, and an error came up. Just a heads up!

On Linux and OSX you just add --netip=stepmaniaonline.net when starting Stepmania via the command line. Or you can create a shortcut with the command added, but that is OS specific.
