Waffles Noteskin for Stepmania 5.1.0 and higher

Since I did not find noteskin Waffles for stepmania 5.1.0, I decided to port it. The port has been made of the default notskin Delta. It only works on version 5.1.0 and higher. Have a good game!

Neat.

Some screenshots would be preferred since that was your first post and all. This is more like one of those "no pics no clicks" kinda deals. I'm sure you understand the intentions of it. =3
