Hidden songs/difficulties - how to make?

Hello.

I want to customize my theme and I would like to create hidden songs or difficulties, for example:
"clear Song1 HARD to unlock Song1 EXPERT"
or
"clear 20 songs to unlock a song".
Do someone know how to make these things ?

There isn't much documentation on it, but I did find this post on the SM forums about SM5's unlocking system.
